Really cool cocktails

The food is good, cocktails are delicious and you can treat yourself to two at happy hour. Service is friendly and attentive.

The food is a bit too expensive for this quality. Otherwise it was delicious. The cocktails are good and the choice is wide.

My friends and I went to Sausalitos last Tuesday night. We hadn't made a reservation, but we got a table quickly. The food was very tasty and the service was great. Our waitress (I think Lisa was her name) was very attentive and recommended delicious cocktails. When we went to smoke, the black pigtailed waiter was also very attentive, held the door open for us and when he noticed that we didn't have a lighter, he offered us his lighter. Thank you for the nice evening, keep it up!

Very nice staff and since we were a little later as announced, which we had briefly communicated by phone, they tried to ensure that we could stay longer despite the time limit. Super. Food was okay, good. It could be improved, for example, that the dips are not in plastic bowls because you use macaroni instead of straws. Cocktail great. Unfortunately it was quite loud, but okay.

The sausa is great, the waitresses are all friendly and the food is great. The only thing that could be criticized is that it is almost always overcrowded.

Monday evening, you want to eat something. Nobody thought that it would end like this .. To start with, the colored male diva is very rude & visibly annoyed by customers. Already noticed several times here in the reviews. Think he forgets who pays his salary. We were placed outside. Ambience was not available. An entire bank was only occupied by employees who could not be surpassed in terms of volume, and in terms of level, measured by the language of expression, could not be undercut. Alleged customers were told that there were no seats outside, even though only employees occupied a bank. I would have given significantly more stars if the food had at least been ok. The associated stomach cramps in the evening make this impossible for me. Definitely never going back. Absolutely don't recommend it. Leave your money elsewhere.

SAUSALITOS is a great bar if you want to drink delicious cocktails. The food is great too. Highly recommended. A little tip in the evening it is very busy so it is always advisable to reserve a table;)

Delicious food but the male waitress with the affro hair is very rude. I asked a question about a dish and then I was turned on stupidly and asked (you don't know what that is) but in an inappropriate tone. (Staff otherwise very nice but not let them serve you sorry, ??

Rude staff! Although it was still open for over an hour we were not served. The bar would have closed, we felt totally fooled and the trip was in vain ... Never again this bar spontaneously ...

Super nice staff, menu with a good selection and very pleasant atmosphere. The drinks and cocktails are delicious and keep what they promise. In addition, the restaurant is only about 15 minutes' walk from the Mainz-Kasteler train station and can therefore be reached very quickly.

Today my daughter and her friends were in the restaurant, they were treated disrespectfully, racially and not taken seriously. The young Mexican cellar was really unfriendly. Unfortunately, I will not set foot there again. !!! I always thought the customer was king. Unfortunately, my daughter and her friends are shy and couldn't open their mouths.

Food top. Service fast, but unfortunately a bit rude. Overall, however, I am satisfied.

Great service, very good prices, open till late

"California Beach Bowl" The dish is a cheek for 12 € !! 3 iceberg lettuce leaves and a tiny heap of rice. Absolutely NO recommendation! The food is probably not even worth 2 € in the shopping.

Staff is amazing, drinks are super

Very very personable team! The food is not seasoned enough for my taste, but there are salt and pepper shakers on the table. Sometimes there are longer waiting times at the tables, but the cocktails are excellent. The guest area is very clean and well maintained. A good mood is inevitable!

Staff is always friendly. Watch out for their day of the week specials to bargain from. Monday is 50% off of selected dishes aswell as happy hour every day.

Great food and service. Chairs are unconfortable they should at least put a cushion on it.

I love the cocktails! I'm Mexican and the food is for sure not Mexican at all ? buuuut I must say that this balances the super good service and treatment from the team, they are so friendly and active. The cocktails are the best ones in Mainz by far! I've been in all bars and clubs and no one makes cocktails like them, really guys! So for having a good evening with friends and DJ live we can highly recommend you Sausalitos. No doubt!

Excellent tacos and cocktails. The service was good but a little slow. What missed the 5 stars was the pricing, was very surprised how expensive everything was on the menu.
